The rose boxes do not require water or sunlight. Please keep out of direct sunlight as it can fade the roses over time. The life of the rose will last longer in boxes that are kept close, but this is not absolutely necessary. The preserved flower life span is up to 3 years.
Exchanges/Returns will not be permitted under any circumstances. All sales are final and we will not issue refunds due to color or size variances. Due to the dye process involved to create the custom colors, there may be some slight variances in color from one rose to another as well as color variances in product photos and the real life product. We cannot guarantee the color and flower size will be symmetrical in products that have multiple flowers.
